8020 is a regulatory-compliant and monitored interactive investor communication platform connecting a global audience of small-cap investors to a network of active micro-cap to mid-cap corporations and industry influencers. 8020 allows corporate clients (issuers) to host corporately-controlled investor/shareholder groups, allowing a company’s management and communications teams to engage interested parties in a corporate educational dialogue; and providing users (current and prospective shareholders) with a curated forum within which to exchange views.

Mi3 is a Montreal-based advisory firm offering North American clients solutions related to communications strategies, governance and continuous disclosure support.

8020 and Mi3 will collaborate together to launch an 8020 French language version of the 8020 platform, that will integrate together with the English language version

8020 and Mi3 will continue to provide their services independently. However, this agreement will conclude the “First 50 Launch” program as MI3 will utilize the remaining spots for their existing list of clientele.
